I've been in twice to get my lashes done in your south yarra store with Caitlin. I actually wanted to send you an email in regards to my experience the first time I came in but only got around to it now.

I just wanted you as the manager/owner to know how please i was, not only with the 'fantastic' product but the 'best' customer service I have experienced in a long time. Caitlin is truly a professional at what she does. I looove my lashes and have told all the girls at work.

Caitlin deserves the acknowledgement and feedback of a very happy customer.
